Managing partner, Richard G. Moxley, III, entered the industry as a collector in 1991. While working as a collector, Richard obtained his Master’s in Business Administration. Richard continued with his education and obtained his law degree in 1996. He has an excellent understanding of the firm’s operations through the eyes of the account representative to the operation staff. This experience gives Richard a unique perspective that allows him to provide clients with superior insight into their portfolios.
